Dallas defeated Carolina on Monday Night Football. It was a miserable First Half with almost no score. Dallas picked up the pace in the Second Half to get the crowd back into the game. Romo protected the ball all night and completed 22 of 33 for 255 yards. The offensive line seemed weak tonight, and we saw Romo both scrambling to safety and taking the sack during this game.
When this play was over, Cowboys fans worldwide gasped in disbelief at the thought, we might actually lose this game. It was, like all things football, a premature overreaction. But the spectacular toss by Jake Delhomme to Rosario certainly put Carolina in the driver’s seat.

Week 2 vs. New York Giants
Week 2 had to happen and make us wonder what in the hell Romo and Garrett were thinking. Romo went from his best day as a Cowboy to probably his worst going 13/29 for 127 yards and he threw 3 INTs. Oh boy, this was a mess…anyways, let’s try to find out just where things went wrong here and how “Romo Friendly” became “Romo Hell”.
Ryan wrote yesterday on three quarterbacks you might want to bench after two weeks of poor performance. Rather than reinvent the wheel, I’ll give you the reasons why you should bench a QB over a backup. I’ll use my own fantasy roster to illustrate.
Which three quarterbacks were popular starters who now look like they deserve the bench? Here are three that top my list.

There is no doubt that if you have follow the Cowboys in pretty much any capacity, you have heard the term “Romo Friendly” thrown around more than once as the new offensive philosophy for the Cowboys. Of course though, we all got very little info on what that term actually meant as descriptions were cryptic to say the least.
The general consensus is that “Romo Friendly” likely refers to a more balanced offensive attack than previous years.
The Cowboys finally had the official opening of the new stadium Sunday night and wouldn’t you know, those darn Giants just had to come in at the last second and spoil the party.
The good guys lost a tough one 33-31 Sunday night, but the running game was not to blame as The Three-Headed Monster plowed through the supposedly rugged Giants “D” for 228 of the 251 yards the Cowboys picked up on the ground.
