Arizona Doesn’t Want Cowboys Fans

Check out this article from East Valley Tribune about how Arizona is making it more difficult for Dallas fans to make it to the game. They now have to buy preseason tickets in order to get tickets to the Cowboys game.
Whose fault is it that the visiting team draws a bigger crowd?
