On Sunday, Tony Romo showed that he can be as tough as they come while playing through a broken rib and a punctured lung.
But there have been a lot of knocks on him as an NFL quarterback over the years since he busted onto the scene.

Dallas is about to run into some interesting times. ESPN reported last night that Miles Austin will likely miss 1-2 games with a hamstring injury. Dez Bryant is still questionable for next week. There goes your #1 and #2. Who does that leave? Let’s take a look at the current depth chart:
Wide Receiver 1
- Miles Austin
- Jesse Holley
Wide Receiver 2
- Dez Bryant
- Kevin Ogletree
- Dwayne Harris
Sunday night was an emotional night in the Meadowlands. To be fair, it felt a bit like the Cowboys and their battered secondary/inexperienced offensive line were running into a buzz-saw. They were. If you listened to the local media today you’d think the Cowboys world as we know had ended. Just SO typical of Dallas media, but that’s for another day.
