Jason Reid of the Redskins Insider wrote yesterday that he received a text message from former Redskins kicker Shaun Suisham that he has a tryout scheduled Monday (today) with the Dallas Cowboys.

Nick Folk is but a pawn for what ails the Cowboys. He has missed at least one field goal in each of the past four weeks. And to absolve himself, Folk laid full blame at the feet of his holder. Enter Romo, who has holding experience. While Romo may be adequate, he also has horrible experience as witnessed in the 2006 play-off game against Seattle. Despite memories of the past, Romo is manning up for the team. We appreciate that. But is it a band-aid to all that ills the Cowboys?
