It was a typical route of the New York Jets. You got what you expected on that one. It doesn’t matter that the Jets found a way to dismantle the Steelers last week. This is this week, and the Cowboys are for real. With Terry Glenn out for most of the season and Patrick Crayton missing in action due to an ankle sprain, the Cowboys were looking pretty lean at the wide receiver position.

Terrell Owens and Sam Hurd got the start at wide out. After that, though, who’s left? Some third or fourth string guys we’ve never heard of. Not to bag on those guys, though. We’ve seen quite a few somebodies emerge from the ranks of the nobodies around the league.
