Another week has passed and has brought us yet another successful victory for the Cowboys. The ‘Boys completely dominated on the offensive side of the ball once again and Romo seemed to have his way with the Seahawks. Last week, I attributed similar success primarily to the great play of Romo. So was this yet another week when the “Romo Friendly” offense became the “Romo Driven” offense?

It’s game time! Welcome to DallasProSports.com on this fabulous Sunday morning! This week the Seattle Seahawks square off against your Dallas Cowboys in the great non-factor known as Cowboys Stadium. Cowboys fans will get the treat of seeing Julius Jones back in action, and see whether their team made the right decision in letting Julius go.

With all this Three Headed Monster goodness, it’s easy to forget the state of the union just a few short years ago. Julius Jones of Notre Dame was the Cowboys’ starting running back , and Marion “The Barbarian” Barber of Minnesota was making a name for himself as the league’s biggest bruiser. Julius had a sub par year or two and we the fans called for his head on a platter.

It’s Week 8, and Dallas aims to build on a 2-game win streak that saw a breakout performance by undrafted 4th year wide-out Miles Austin. The Cowboys Week 7 performance included more dynamic play from Austin, a much more relaxed Tony Romo, and a defense that absolutely stifled the potent Falcons offense for a much needed victory at home.

ESPN Radio reported early this afternoon that the Dallas Cowboys are locked in the sights of every Washington Redskin player. A Redskins fan apparently brought a Sean Taylor autograph from the beginning of the season to show the entire team. In addition to his signature, Taylor wrote: “We want Dallas.” And that has become the rallying cry of NFC Wildcard Washington team.

As the season draws to a close, it’s hard to deny that the Cowboys are the real deal, especially after soundly defeating the Packers. So let’s take a look at what that road could look like for America’s Team, and who poses the greatest threat to a Cowboys Super Bowl appearance.

The Boys have already wrapped up the division and home field advantage throughout the playoffs. Green Bay, Seattle, and Tampa Bay have clinched their divisions. The Giants are guaranteed a Wildcard spot. The remaining Wildcard could be Minnesota, New Orleans, or Washington.
